WORKFORCE ADVOCACY

We’re addressing critical barriers to our workforce by providing financial stability focused, individualized wrap-around services to employees and their families. Our Advocates co-create a plan with employees and walk alongside them for continued support. We help navigate unexpected challenges and prevent crises that can keep them out of work, decreasing related attrition rates for area employers and increasing financial stability and quality of life for all in our communities.

WHAT'S YOUR PLAN?

Increasing costs of living have made it difficult for many to afford basic necessities, and those struggling before are finding it even more challenging. No matter your situation, our advocates can help you gain a basic understanding of how much money is coming in and how much is going out – your household’s cash flow – then help you make a plan and connect to available resources to help you become more financially stable now and in the future. Let’s take the first step together in helping your family become more resilient and be better positioned to weather the storms that life brings.
