WORKFORCE ADVOCACY
Financial stress doesn't stay home when people go to work. United Way FPC's Workforce Advocacy program connects employees in Floyd, Polk & Chattooga Counties with a trained Advocate who works one-on-one to build a personalized stability plan — and stays with them through the process.
From unexpected expenses to housing and transportation challenges, Advocates help employees navigate the barriers that threaten their ability to stay on the job. The result: stronger workforce continuity for employers and greater financial stability for the people who power our regional economy.
